  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • To start a return, please contact us at support@letsgift.co with your order number and reason for return.

💳 Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the status.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

🔄 Exchanges

  • Exchanges are possible for defective or damaged items, subject to availability.

  • If an exchange isn’t available, we’ll issue a refund.

🚫 Non-returnable items

  • Personalized, customized, or perishable products cannot be returned or refunded.

  • Clearance or final sale items are also non-returnable.
